Yes, It is true, I have 2004 toyota sienna with 58,000miles. (it is in miles not kms) on May 2010. Two week before during Maintenance service, toyota delear told me that my rad is leaking and It should be replaced, will be cost c$786. Then I googled it and found this link exact same problem(rad failure) and I talked with toyota dealer. They said they would call toyota company and check my VIN number will be eligible for this RAD replacement. Two days after they called me my sienna eligible for extened warrenty to replace this RAD and they fixed it free of cost.
