The bumper thing: The RIV doc has changed
« on: July 24, 2008, 09:17:14 pm »
I just looked at the latest admissibility list on the RIV.CA site updated today.

Many cars that were inadmissible because of bumpers are now admissible including the VW R32. Although I see that Lotus' are not admissible although they can be bought here... no explanation is given.

But I see more and more manufacturers are insisting that you must pay them money to fix stuff at Canadian dealers... BMW's idea caught on big time
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Oooo...good timing as I've been promised a drive in an Evo next week.

This will be interesting from a negotiation stand-point   ;D...although I'm not committing myself to anything here OK?
If it flies, floats or f#%&s...rent it.

Hey, that would be a neat car...you wouldn't "see yourself" driving it around...although I thought the styling was very conservative.
