Saw a picture of the Compass concept from back in 2002, and it was a much more attractive vehicle:

I wonder how often that happens.

I think the new Civic is pretty damn ugly.  The older version was much nicer.

I like the new TL and don't mind the Pilot, but otherwise I'm in agreement.  That Compass is something else...  :hurl:

Shame about the Murano - I quite liked the old one, but the grill and headlight treatment on the new model is just brutal.

Compass is in the lead  ;D

Chevy Aveo and 09 Matrix are another few. Saw a new Murano today, big time screw up.

Among the hottest designs an average sum of money can buy I would name the Charger.

I’m glad I drive a 2006 WRX. I will have to wear a bag over my head for the first 6 months of STI ownership  :)

I sure am in agreement on the Uplander and Focus. I disagree Airbalancer though as I rather like the Rondo. Maybe I need to see that Toyota in person as the photo kind of works for me. I much preferred last gen's Matrix over the new one though.

What about the Scion, the box shaped one ?

Disagree with the Pilot, TL, Murano, Venza, Impreza.  This list is poor, really ugly cars/trucks could be part of it and they are not, the dependable Echo/Yaris, Caliber, all these new Jeeps except the Liberty, the Tundra, Rondo, Entourage/Sedona is no better than the Uplander in looks, the Element, the Ridgeline, the Sportage.  Then again all this crap is subjective.

The new xB is rather unpleasant too look at, the old one was quirky and likable.

The base Impreza sedan is awfully weak appearance-wise.

What say You? ;D

What say I?

I say:

1)  that such lists are fun but stupid

And

2)  any list of ugly cars that does NOT have the Dodge Nitro contained therein is twice as stupid. ;D

...and how could we forget the HHR and PT Cruiser.  I don't know much about the new Ford Flex, but it looks like a monster Scion, and ugly.
