Does anyone have experience dealing with this online part vendor?

http://www.autopartsway.ca

Are they legit?  Do they have issues dealing with customers?

I have isolated the defective part on my Golf - the crank that connects the wiper motor to the wiper linkage.  From my friend who works at a dealership, he says the parts guys say that VW does not sell it separate from the motor.  These guys (among other online part stores) do sell it separate however.
Suck, squeeze, bang, blow - who wouldn't love the internal combustion engine?  ;D

I took the plunge after doing my homework.  Good reviews on many car forums on these people.

Also got some maintenance items for both vehicles while I was at it to make up $75 to get free shipping.  Filter prices seem to be quite good!

I feel safe suggesting this online parts retailer.  Got all the parts, exactly as ordered, and well packed, brought over by UPS.  Everything came on Thursday last week, except for one oil filter, which came Friday.
