If I posted pics of that, I am sure Cam Woolly would have impounded my car by now.  Wink ROFL

The P5 looks great.  I cannot believe that is actually a Sebring.  It looks amazing!   Shocked

Thanks!

The Sebring Coupe is actually made by Mitsubishi. I believe its an Eclipse underneath. 3.0L V6...its too bad the car has been troublesome. New tranny, some temperature problems, random warning lights popping up now and then...and the brake lights don't work properly. Its a sharp looking vehicle though.

Gorgeous Sebring! Looks like the Concorde's cooler little brother! Funny how these two exact cars are up very high on my shopping list. Which is the better car?

Also, is the tranny an automatic? I remember reading that the previous generation Eclipses had problems with the slushbox that would obviously carry over to this car.

The Sebring is junk. He is actually selling it right now because it has so many problems. It has had its transmission replaced, there are cooling problems, tailights not working properly, fog lights don't work, traction control light is on...

I wouldn't recommend it at all. However, it does look nice.

The 2 cars you are thinking of...the Sebring+Concorde or Sebring+Protege 5?

Protege5! I would never be caught dead in a Concorde Grin. Too bad about the sebring, it really is a looker. Funny how every single one I see has muddly looking headlights.. damn plastic lenses!

The only things holding me back from a P5 purchase are the tailgate rust issues and mediocre crash test results. Interior is fantastic and I love the drive in my cousins '03! It even has leather! But no side airbags? Hmm...

Actually, ours had the tailgate rust issue. We got it fixed and repainted for about $370 (repaint whole rear hatch). You won't find any small car with side airbags for those model years.

If you are looking for safety at around those years, check out the Impreza.
