i am curious what the new Jetta will look like...if it looks anything like it is rumoured to look like, i will be buying one this fall...hopefully, BlueTooth, Climate Control and Automatic headlights are offered on the Comfortline model (even as an affordable upgrade option package)...perhaps a SmartKey and push button start would be fun too. Smiley

Yeah, that photoshop of the possible look of the MkVI Jetta is incredible.  Even though the MkV was a big step forward driving-experience wise from the MkIV (including an independent rear suspension instead of a torsion beam, if I recall correctly), exterior design was a huge step back.  That photoshop, if accurate, would place the Jetta back up as a serious contender for "best-looking car in the segment."

I picked up my DSG TDI wagon on Friday and drove from Vancouver to Whistler and back and averaged 5.7 L / 100km. On the leg from Whistler to Squamish I averaged 4.7. I find this incredibly impressive considering the vehicle does not drive like a econobox but rather an upscale European sedan. The engine hovered around 1400 - 1900 RPM which made for a very relaxing drive. Smiley
