Quite frankly, I think this pales in comparison to BMW Canada's viral / online marketing initiative for the 1-series.  You earn chances to win by posting links for information about the 1series on the website and by having people click your 1-series button on your Facebook page.  You win the chance to drive it on a 'track' setting.  Not a huge prize, but for those of us excited by the car, a neat experience and worth winning for sure.

all kidding aside, I doubt you're the target demo that BMW was after with the campaign or even the 1 series for that matter.

My name is now under team performance.  Although my funniest moment story is not right, they are working on fixing that....

Well, the site says on the Team page, send them an email using their address. They'll get it on their blackberry.

I sent them 2 e-mails.

Anyone know what the third flag is on the Museum of Fine Art in Montreal?  There is a canadian a fleur de lis  / quebec flag and something I can't make out.

The flag of Montreal. Do I win the car...for a year?

Day 1 is done.  Looks like Team Performance did well, they are in the lead!!!!!!!

Reading the blog it sounds like they got help but never asked people online for it... odd -- they never used twitter which is the entire point as others who subscribed would see and reply to their questions.  I'm going to make the most of the twitter when I'm out there on Friday.

I hope tomorrow's team uses the supports to their advantage.

Yeah I saw your post, I'm not doing it yet, I don't get the team performance e-mails until Friday when I get their blackberry.  I'm sure they got your message.

Bump Bump!

I'm leaving for Montreal soon and have started updating my twitter.  Watch the front page of CanadianDriver or CTC or the first page of this thread!  See you on the flip side, hopefully some of the Montreal Natives can help me when I get lost!
