The spring Texas Mile (standing mile) event was this past weekend.  A street Supra broke the record again. 0-229+MPH in 27 seconds.  Not too shabby!

I doubt the track was even legal as there was no crash rails on the edges which there normally is for a sanctioned track. No Christmas tree as well as timing lights at the end also. I suspect its a airstrip even to be that long as well. Definitely a nice run tho for sure.  Smiley
