Jay-Acura Welcome to the Forum, assuming you have changed the CPS I would suggest looking at all the wires and hoses surrounding this device to make sure none of them are damaged, loose or have holes in them to create any form of leak. Its amazing just how small a leak or problem can create such big time problems in a engine. You could actually go as far as to turn the light off by just pulling the bulb out of it from under the dash if no-body can find it and the car runs well. Could be aslight glitch in the wiring harness as well. Hope this helps.  :)

Yes you are right but they can give readings similar to those items I mentioned as well in its behavior. As it seems 4 different shops have diagnosed 4 different problems on this vehicle so far and none has been right. I would start checking the obvious next which is this type of thing. They can set weird or strange codes due to these type of problems. Some Caddi's like to set a code 51 for example but it actually means nothing at all. Part of other stuff that hasen't gone off yet or moisture in the wrong place.  Have you changed out the CPS as yet?  :)

If you don't even know where the CPS is do you think you should be changing it?  ???
A subwoofer should only be noticed once it has been turned off.

Nothing wrong with getting your hands dirty and giving it a try
Maybe you should get a manual for your car, also try on a honda nation or what every it is called , someone may have a picture

I have to agree with those last few statements as if you don't know what you are doing under the hood then really you should not be there. Definitely replace the CPS to begin with 1st. It will probably solve all your Problems when you do it.  :)

I stand behind my statement. If the OP showed any initiative s/he would have already have the manual and be working on the car already, not asking where is it.

Will the next question be what tools will I need?

Once again....i take the time to say thank you for your input and savvy......for those who like to take pot shots at me.......i am not a mechanic and i am not changing anything on my own.......i want to be sure no one "takes me for a ride".....i'm sure you all know the terminology........as for my keyboard......it's connected to a great laptop......and it works well......maybe you could stop being so analytical and just answer my question if you can or just spare the sarcasm.......as for an instruction manual.......if i had one ....i would not be asking your advice.......thank you all.

Pot shots at your keyboard have everything to do with the people finding your posts difficult to read.  I don't know about others, but if it takes me too much effort to figure out what someone has written, I can't be bothered.
