Ok I am sure this will start some sort of flame war,but I thought trucks were suppose to be tough, not look like boys wearing high heels
Anything over 18 inchs on a truck is not truck like.If one was to use a truck as should be used those "girly" rims would be dust.
I guess all to her own

Thinker
Indeed.

I do agree with his thoughts, though.  16" rims are my personal limit.

I like the drag queen analogy.  I've always thought that lowering an F150 and installing 35 series tires on 20 inch wheels was just silly.

Bigger trucks mean bigger brakes means and that means you need larger diameter wheels to clear them.

I think he's talking about bling-bling rims, but his post is so poorly worded it's hard to tell.

Sorry about the wording, Embarrassed yes I am referring to the "bling blong' wheels. To me and maybe only me but it just seems odd that a truck is suppose to be tough and take on the rough stuff with a decent sidewall, not with a roll of hockey tape. The bigger wheels for bigger brakes works for cars. Well unless we are talking NASCAR trucks but thats another odd thing Huh
