I think it makes poor use of passenger space. Materials change won't help that.

Complete opposite of the refreshing Versa and its spaciousness.

I think the quality of Dodge interiors is more perception than reality.  Our 13 year old Neon's interior is still in very good shape and fully functional. 

My dad's wife has a Caliber.  Garbage interior. That's reality.

Do expand...

Is the interior actually falling apart, and are controls no longer functional? Are they requiring frequent repair/warranty work?  Are there rattles and squeaks?

Or is it just the hard plastics not "feeling" good?

We had a rental Caliber for a while last year and got to know it quite well, subsequently removing it from our car shopping short-list. H

I guess I can see why now.  Smiley
