Dodge Magnum, 2005-2007
Dodge Magnum, 2005-2007Today's Used Vehicle Review:
Though a used Dodge Magnum has a "strictly average reliability history", it is worth a look, "particularly if you crave a practical, reasonably-priced car that doesn't scream 'soccer parent'," says Contributing Editor, Chris Chase.

Not really a fan of this vehicle. However, the one in the picture does look slick.
Mine: 2004 Acura TSX
Family: 2005 Honda Odyssey EX, 2006 BMW 330i

These are cars that are great in design, very refined and also sofisticated mechanically. Chrysler has really, with Daimler, something great and also really just a little bit less expensive. Great cars, great design - come together. ;)

My friend, Kevin Silverman, bought one of these cars 5 months ago (2006 Dodge Magnum RT), and has had no problems whats-so-ever since. He has almost 35 K on it, and is very happy with his. So happy he is thinking of buying a Chrysler 300C (one of the LX platform cars) brand new, next year. I want to say though even if the prices look resonable (probably with higher km's) these cars aren't cheap to maintain on; insurance, parts, fuel so on... Kevin says he drives this car to his office downtown everyday and says that it is very luxurious, quiet. He traded it in for his 7-series BMW and noticed no difference in this.

Depends what you are driving now.  I almost go a magnum over my 2.0T jetta and everything except the fuel was MUCH cheaper. Having had an 800$ service last month on my jetta, I can prove it! Insurance was about 50$ less per month for the RT version.

I might still get one as a used car, there so cheap these days!

Is that why it's being discontinued?

I will admit the concept is a neat idea, but I never was much of a fan.

I imagine that an AWD Hemi version of this car will become a classic car. There can't be that many of them running around.

Dodge cartoonish looks that just don't appeal to me.  Glad to see RWD platforms though.  Hate the morons around that refuse to put winter tires on them and sit at intersections unable to move...
No place I'd rather be...

I'm a owner of a Dodge Magnum RT (2005) and I can say that I'm very pleased with this car. I'm a previous owner of a 2003 Mercedes E500 and I wasen't happy with it at all, with lots of problems (Warning: DONT BUY!), then I decided to buy this Dodge and I've had no problems at all, sice with 67K on it. :)
