The article doesn't mention too much about the driving characteristics, but the car somehow seems a lot less hard edged as the previous one.  Looks nice though.  Cool

Yes I noticed that as well, considering the intent and abilities of the car not much of this written by Jill. Perhaps the wrong person to send to the test?

Thought about it after I read the beginning of the review.

I still recall the first time I was sitting at a light and looked over to catch a glimpse of a most unusual car. It was definitely a Subaru, but I figured someone had taken it to the aftermarket shop and installed the huge wing on the back.

I later discovered it was an Impreza WRX STI of course.

Maybe she represent the new breed of buyers Subaru wanna attract.

That's a great looking car.  Thumbs up

I love the new design. I think Subaru is going in the right direction. This model will do very well.

Careful now.. Jil is a competent journalist.  We must not place biases against any author based on sex, age, etc.  All vehicles should be tested on their intended use.
What can be expected is that CanadianDriver ensures vehicles are analyzed as such.

She maybe a competent journalist but she doesn't strike me as a prime candidate to push an Impreza WRX STI near the limit.  Do you think that's her driving here: http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Drives/FullTests/articleId=123768  ROFL
