GPS with Canadian maps or not

Do new US cars that come equipped with a navigation system usually have detailed Canadian city maps or not?

Probably do, its not a huge deal to pack an extra half gig of data in when you're already shelling out the big bucks for integrated SatNav.

My $300 TomTom One has complete maps of Canada, US, and.....Guam.

My MDX and Odyssey came with both Canada and US maps.  Not 100% sure if US cars come equipped the same....because the disks (Honda/Acura anyway) are expensive.

Majority of Navigation systems (in-car or portable) I have seen come with maps for all of North America.

All the portable ones I've looked at have all of North America and some coverage in Mexico. I would assume the built-ins would be at least as good. (AT least you'd think so seeing as they seem to cost 3-4 times as much as a portable ;D )
