Looking for New Wheels (15 inch)
« on: September 30, 2007, 11:51:36 pm »
So, our 01' Accord's OEM alloys are stripping and are ugly. The previous owner didn't take good care of them.  >:(

So I am looking to get some new ones, at a cheap price. I checked Tire Trends, they don't have anything in 15 inch. I looked on Tire Rack, and saw these:

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&initialPartNumber=KSE948301S&wheelMake=Sport+Edition&wheelModel=F2&wheelFinish=Silver+Painted&showRear=no&autoMake=Honda&autoModel=Accord+Sedan+LX&autoYear=2001&autoModClar=&filterSize=15&filterFinish=All&filterSpecial=false&filterBrand=All&filterNew=All&sort=Brand

I dont want to upgrade to anything larger (that would mean new tires...i am trying to spend as little as possible). I also don't want to ship these here and pay duties, shipping, etc.

Is there a location in Canada that sells these? And how good is this brand? For $81 bucks a piece, it doesn't seem that bad.

Edit:
Also, checking winter tires...Bridgestone Revo1 for $66/ea :o or Dunlop Wintersport M3's for $68/ea :o I could get these and mount them on my crap OEM rims..

hmm, decisions decisions.
