Thanks for thinking of me. I'm starting to think I need to move to Estonia and retire. So many choices and so many nice cars to choose from.  Sigh...  :-\ How much does the STi shown go for in our dollars. I think it was 405,000 over there in the picture.

That Veedub van looks like something baddies could have used to follow Jason Bourne.

Looks like you've been seeing some very cool cars. Sorry about not writing back to your email that you sent to me a while ago MKII, things have been quite hectic. But the focus looks great! You must be having lots of fun with it.

Hey Bullet, good to see some words from you, hope things are OK.

Yes I am enjoying the new Focus very much, it drives so much better then the 2002, which has not seen too much action lately. Its probably feeling rejected :)
It was a real bonus that the model I got Ghia has the sport suspension The balance between front-end grip and oversteer is nearly perfect, especially for a front-wheel-drive family car. The Focus does exactly what I expect it to and shrugs off the mid-corner bumps which I found would throw my North American Focus off line.  It is well put-together, heavy-duty high quality inside and out, has perfectly weighted steering, an excellent suspension set-up, and a strong, precise feel to everything, particularly the gearshift and brakes. I'm very impressed!

Really pleased with the 1.6 TI-VCT engine, it is a super-sweet engine, its a good combo matched to the ideal gear ratios and faultless gearbox.  Sounds real good when you hit the go pedal, and fuel economy is a bonus. Just a little over 2,000km driven and I am averaging around 6.4l/100. Sorry for the book on the new car.

As far as seeing some cool cars, its is super here.  I was thinking of flying to Frankfurt to take in the show but I have been quite busy and not able to make it. But if I get some time I will try and pop down there and check out some of the new stuff.

Found a good video from autweek.nl showing a walk around Frankfurt
show, which has a little section on the Tiguan. I think it looks very good http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=zqO-IGe6H1I
