Does your car wear those vinyls all the time?

By the way, Wing... what's the schedule for the next few MCO events?  If I'm at my parents' one weekend when there's an event, I'll come up.  I've missed the last 3 or 4 down here and I'm gettin' the itch again big time (especially after I saw the results posted from my last MSOC event --- peee-yeeewww stinky!  I need practice!)

You best blank out those plate numbers before your insurance gets canceled or Honda refuses to acknowledge you were ever born.  ;D

I'm not as paranoid as some. ;)

I am not covered when I am autoxing which is fine, I am covered when on the road only.  Not like anything could really happen at auto-x... knock on wood.

It might have been a one-in-a-million thing, but a couple of years back an A.M.A. employee here in Alberta was surfing the web for Auto-X pics. He found some from a local event, ran the plate numbers, and cancelled the insurance policies of several participants who had their insurance with A.M.A.

You might want to review your policy closely. Unless things have changed in the past couple of years, here in Alberta there is a clause in the standard policy that says insurance companies can outright cancel policies on any vehicles used in a competition event.

It's got nothing to do with whether you have an accident or make a claim: simply entering the car in a "contest of speed" (as I belive their wording is), is enough for them to legally give you the boot.

Once that has happenned, good luck finding another insurer who will take you on. You will now be on the record as having been denied insurance, and will have to go begging to the Facility Association. Prepare to pay dearly for that privilege.

Anyway, not to be a big downer here.... pics look great.  I'm sure you had a blast! Just might want to think about blurring out the plates next time.  ;)  :foil:

These aren't the only place they are posted, the guy took pics and posted them elsewhere.

I'm with a tiny broker ;)  They cancel me, I'll just drive press cars and tow it haha.  I don't need car insurance :P

Now there's a man who's tempting fate.  I can see it now:  the day Ferrari wants you to test and write about the 'brand new F460' they discover that your insurance has been cancelled.  "Oops... sorry, sir, we'll take those keys back -- you're 'uninsurable'."

Chris doesn't even have a car anymore, or insurance, he just lives off the free car pipe.

Do you have to add that to your coverage or is that something everybody gets?  If you add it, how much more is it?

I think that would be a great idea for here.

I asked for it to be added but it didn't cost extra...
