Unfortunately not, ovr50.  I'm purely speaking from word-of-mouth and what I've read on mustang forums.  I can't even remember the site I used to frequent...I think mustangheaven.com?? Or something like that.

Anyways, a CAI would definitely be the next mod I'd do...but I've stopped looking at spending any kind of money on the stang as I'm already looking ahead at future car purchases and/or (if logic has any place in my world) a house.

I suppose I will need to replace my stock summer tires (235 Pirelli P Zero Neros) next year, so maybe I'll go for a set of 255s all around as I've read those fit the stock wheels fine....but other than that, I'm going to be dreaming of the 335i, EvoX, and whatever other "lustworthy-yet-outside-of-any-reasonable-budget-i-could-set-for-myself car" comes along in the next couple of years :P

Lust, Envy, Greed...  being guilty of 3 of 7 can't be all that bad??

I know a number Cobalt guys who have used Steeda. "But Vmango, isn't Steeda a mustang tuner?" Yes, but their experience with the old blown Cobra means that they are right at home with the SS/SC. Anyway, like I said a number of guys have gotten custom tunes and performance packages from Steeda and had some good results. Steeda prides itself on power and safety - meaning their tunes will give you a lot of power but won't blow up your engine.

They also have their own dyno (Ovr50) so their modifications are backed up with proof. I think they are worth talking to. They even have a toll free number and a 24 hour technician on demand.

PS it seems a lot of people have the 335i picked as their next upgrade. A great choice.

Unless I write a best seller before completing my doctorate (which is not going to happen by the way) I will refuse to dream of owning a 50 or 60 grand BMW.

There is one on my steet and it's beautiful - dare to dream.

About the only way the Ford guys can tell if a Camaro driver has a mullet is from the rear view only. They rarely get close enough to see from any other angle.  :) ;D     :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2:

Some of you guys have forgotten that he only wants to spend about $2000.  She would love the mild performance increase, as well as the exhaust note changes.  I'll check out Borla's site.  Lowering and larger wheels are out, though.

Evil Twin, I have no problem assassinating you.

But please explain to me how my 2.0 litre 4 cylinder car doesn't pass emissions yet people are cruising around in 8.3 litre vipers, 4.6 litre mustangs, 6.0 or 7.0 litre vettes, and let's not even talk about SUVs and trucks.

Sincerely,
