I've bought the car, and I was able to get with options thrown in I was able to get $960 off. All I did was do my research before hand. I read a few books on buying new cars, and I bought a dealer cost report (carscostcanada). I brought along a friend to help me negotiate and I was able to get a deal that was good for the dealership and for myself. I payed $24150 total price for the civic lx, with all weather floor mats, rear mud guards, lock wheel nuts and a hood deflector thrown in.
