Car Care Articles
« on: May 16, 2007, 03:10:09 pm »
Hi Everyone!

I just thought I would let everyone know that over the next few weeks I am going to be updating my website to include an entire section with car care articles, tutorials/videos, etc for everyone's use and benefit. I will be covering MANY issues related to proper vehicle care in the series of articles (I expect to have 1-2 articles per week, depending on whether or not my schedule will permit it), and the how-to online videos will cover alot of the basics such as proper vehicle washing, how to clay bar a vehicle, proper waxing techniques, steps, procedures, etc, and proper interior care, to name a few.

Also, if anyone would like to see a how-to video segment or article on a particular car care issue, PLEASE FEEL FREE to post a comment or two (or more if you would like!) inside of this thread!

Thanks!

Cheers,

Kyle

I've always been a chickenpants when it comes to using a clay bar on my Jetta -- probably because I've never seen it done, and I'm afraid to screw up (I have dark paint).

A video on that topic would be quite useful to me.

Clay bar sounds more difficult than it really is....

I'd like a video on how to get my loose change back from under the seat.

I've always had alot of success using a shop vac or industrial-type vacuum, with the crevice tool or narrow attachment which can easily fit under and in-between seats. Even if you cannot see what you're sucking up, you'll certainly hear it when you finally get the change ;D

Happy treasure hunting haha :)
