What I am not sure I get is that Land Rover is such a popular make in the UK - and you don't hear alot of stories about poor reliability - just that it's the marquee for the landed gentry and wannabes. We see tons (and I do mean tons) of Land Rovers old and new on the road in the UK whenever we visit. I do like them, but would never own one even if I had the $$ to spend just because of the bad rep they have over here - which I believe is warranted

I hope with all sincerity that this is NOT the start of a brand new and hard to stop form of spamming.  New forms of spam can take weeks or even months to weed out.  During that time, the damage they can cause by driving the regulars to distraction or to another site can be quite severe.
