You also have to remember that over the years as parts get tired from floating in nothing but fuel the readings will change a lot. This happens in all makes and many of the brands have breakdowns in the float over the years as well. Dosen't matter who made it as the gas gauges are one of the cheaper made parts for any vehicle period.  :)

THERE IS NO CURE FOR "LOTUS"......ONLY TREATMENT.....
