I hope ovr did not park on the side of Lake Okanagan today  ;D



The original poster was claiming the SUV was a Pathfinder but the mount of the door handles is a giveaway it is not a Pathy.  Trailblazer maybe?  (Or ovr's HL   :rofl2: ).

Wonder what the second car is?

Wonder if the photo is real?  (the rear wheel on the SUV looks "off" in some way)

From the shape of the wheel arches I would guess Trailblazer/Envoy as well.

I saw that picture somewhere before.....oh ya...my partner sent me this one (and more) about 3 weeks ago.  There was also other pictures of cars buried under 5 feet of snow but the all had Russian? plates on them.  I'll check when I get to work if I still have them.

Someone sent me that same series of pix a week or so ago. I think they were out last year too and IIRC they came from Europe.

That pix has been on before, and I think it's Lake Geneva (??) or somewhere in Switzerland??

The ice was bad the other day, but not quite that bad.  ::)

EDIT - of course, in my usual backwards fashion, I then clicked on the Snopes link, and lo and behold, Lake Geneva was the right answer (too bad it wasn't the Daily Double for $2,000).  ;D

Yeah remember those "beautiful" Ice Pics from last year..BUT ..man !!! they are hiding a lot of damage..boats sank...trees damaged etc..I forget exactly how much the BUFFALO ICE STORM this year and the MONTREAL one a few years ago Cost...10's of MILLIONS and days of suffering...Nature Can be CRUEL & COOL and at the SAME TIME...just like the SUPER_MODELS I DATE :P
