I was told to stay away from Cavaliers, but i know a couple people that have one and dont have any problems with them.
Both of my Sunfire's were fine. I have no complaints about either of them. Both were purchased used and kept for approx 6 years. However, I would still be careful about buying a used one unless I knew the seller or salesmen well.
If you can find one coming off a lease from a senior/church/bingo car they can be a good buy.
