Seems ridiculously high to me. I wonder if there's more to that number than meets the eye?
What else does Porsche AG do? I know they make a bunch of money off of licensing deals - Porsche Design sunglasses, sneakers, toothbrushes...

Maybe they're sitting on a whack of cash that they had invested in the market last year. Maybe they've got a financing arm that's a real money spinner.
If you take the bottom line profit of the company, even from divisions that had nothing to do with building cars, then divide that by the number of cars built, you'll get a screwy number for net profit per car.
