My fusion lease is with ford credit... does anyone know if a "lease w/ Option to Purchuse allows you to finance it at anytime if you want?

Sure, you can. You need to call the dealership you leased it from and ask what the current payout is. Go to your bank, arrange your financing, and bring the Ford dealership a cheque for the payout.
