2006 Race of Champions - Was in HD
« on: December 20, 2006, 10:17:26 am »

Did anybody else catch this?  I was channel surfing saw racing in HD so I stopped.  It looked (visually) quite good on HDNet and hope that more racing will take the jump to HD.

The race...I found it a little boring heat after heat but was still a good show.
A subwoofer should only be noticed once it has been turned off.

Missed it too. No Sat or cable TV at home. Rabbits ears only nowadays.

Same here I was channel surfing and caught it on HDNet, as well!  Yah it was okay, I liked that Renault Megan (don’t like the name).  Also the F1 car was cool to see.  Too bad the track wasn’t a bit bigger!

I was surprised that HDNet had this on instead of TSN or SpeedTV.  Honestly TSN is useless when it comes to showing any kind of car racing!  And SpeedTV only puts the good kind of racing (FiA GT, A1GP, open wheel racing, etc…) at weird times like Weekdays at 1 p.m.
