I am also considering to buy a 2007 impreza 2.5i SE. I also have the prices from CCC

If you have any tips or advice, that would be awsome!!

Also, is it possible to make offer lower than the invoice price due to hidden rebates or factory incentives with this car?

Shouldn't that be included with the CCC report? (Although I've heard they may not be up-to-date)

You can make any offer you like. With Subaru you probably won't get it for anything near invoice...more likely 6% or so under msrp.
