So I made my first trek with Suze (<- my car with a name already has a nickname,

)
Anyways, I drove up to GP this weekend to visit Riley. My friend and I filled up in RD ($25.00 to fill from empty, at 78.

and left around seven pm. We had every intention of stopping in Whitecourt, spending the night and having a few drinks to celebrate round two of midterms being over. However, with freeze-up, there wasn't a room to be found and the suggestion to shack up with some Calfrac boys seemed less than appealing. So we ended up driving all the way to GP. The car didn't sputter, it didn't shake, the steering wheel stayed completely stable the whole time. Braking was smooth, shifting was smooth (there was little shifting required however, what with the highway driving and all), and aside from my stereo crapping out and having to play "Who'd You Do.." for 6 hours the trip was very enjoyable.
Oh! And it only took one tank of gas. I rolled into GP on empty (I had a Gerry Can -sp?- in the back in the event I ran out) and filled up at Esso on the way out to Mom and Dad's farm. So I basically got just over 600km on a $25.00 tank.
I LOVE THIS CAR!
