15" wheels on a newer GM truck?
« on: November 03, 2006, 07:47:21 pm »
Looks like we're going to have to sell the Xterra.  :'( We need something bigger for towing, and are looking at getting a late-model GM truck of some sort: 2004 or newer Tahoe/Yukon/Avalanche/Pick-up.

Any chance that 15" rims would fit on any of these? We've got some nearly-new 31x10.50R15 winter tires that we'd like to use on the new truck, if possible.

No chance...smallest you can go is 16" because of the brakes. Sorry for the bad news.
