 I thought Lemon & Cherry BOARD was the best venue for this topic.......

What is the Oct2/2003 Election gonna DO for us car buffs??????

1)Maybe the Tories's increase the speed limit to
102.5k.p.h ?
2) Maybe the Libs will mandate crash helmets for
all car occupants ?
3) The N.D.P might Nationalize 407 and charge anything bigger than a Tercel $20/Km.?

Fer sure our INSURANCE will keep heading skywards...

If Libs Win I'll feel sorry fer the HIGH END
restaurants in TO but it'll be hard to find a
seat at Swiss Chalet or Wendy's....
If DPeer's win there will be a run on Brown Bags..
If Tories win the hairdressers will be inundated
with yuppies wanting an "Eves do" don't hold da Brylcreem...VOTE EARLY and OFTEN......

 Saf - I'm sure ON will get whatever they truly deserve, it being the center of the universe et al; oh, no, that's Taranna (which is trying to be a real city-state in itself with the brilliant(?) Mel as Premier). Go stuff your boxes, ballot that is! ;>}

 I should talk, living in B.C. and all. With us, we're either all RED or ultra-right (both could be/are? beers??). Thing is - if you don't vote, you can't complain later.

 Inco - the beer didn't go bad but the grapes did !! One local winery (St.Hubertus) not only lost their production shop and 1 of 2 homes on the property, but now they find out that their entire grape crop is very smoke-damaged and will have to be picked and destroyed. You want a little "smokey taste" in your wine, but this is way too much. I live about 1 or 2 kms from that vineyard so we have a bit of "smokey" around our home also. Maybe that's what affecting my brain??
PS - Taranna only rules the East; the West is strong and free!!

the milks 2 months outdated and all the HONEYS are Downtown if ya know what I mean ..wink..wink..

The WEST is STRONG & FREE....strong on Fundamentalism and FREE of Jobs....

NOW on the otherhand where I live everything is
COMING UP ROSES...."BUTT" she ain't too pleased about it either....Go VOTE....
