Just LOVE the Small Block Chevy Engines. They pump out the power at a reasonable price to build as well as being extremely durable.  :) ;D :rofl: :rofl2:

Passing on the right.  :nono:

Even if all the slower traffic keeps left.  ::) :banghead:

Wolfe, I take this route everyday and sadly, it's common practice on I-94. It reminds me the 401 in Toronto. You have to expect it otherwise you're in trouble. Never saw a GT40 going like that, but I have seen Lincoln Navigators over 100 mph many times and that is way, way scarier. As a matter of fact, rollovers are a common thing in Detroit, no wonder...  ::)

That's probably from all those top-heavy car companies there.  :D ::) :P

When I'm driving on the 401 or anywhere else in the GTA for that matter I expect the unexpected and downright stupid. If I had a Ford GT and I were capable of driving it safely at 250Km/h+ I wouldn't do it in traffic on a public highway. I don't trust other drivers that much.

Wow….the last time I see a 400 series that sparsely populated during the day was back in 1984 when I had my SVO.

Wow.  Very capable cars!

I've driven 250 on a public road, but never in traffic.  The speed differential is so high, that's pretty dangerous.

I don't trust other drivers that much.

One no-look lane change from any of those drivers, and it's all over for several people.  The problem is that people don't expect something to be moving below (yes, below them!) and to their right at 100-150km/h closing speed.
No place I'd rather be...

Very cool.  As much as I'm against street racing, I'm glad to see some drivers in North America know how to really drive.  On second thought, I heard a british accent  :-X

So many left lane campers.  At the odd times when the 400 highways are sparse like that, I find that people here do have lane discipline.  It's when the traffic gets moderately heavy that it all goes to hell, right when lane discipline would be most beneficial.

That white Caddy STS camping the left lane did slow down to let them by though.  :rofl:

Those sorts of speeds are relatively common on the Autobahn - but there's definitely no passing on the right and their drivers seem to be very diligent about getting out of the fast lane after passing.   The's definitely no "camping" in the left lane like you see in this video.  Regarding the speed differential, it also exists on the Autobahn - you have to make sure to look far ahead and far behind at all times and it takes awhile to get used to it.

I'm a little disapointed that the Lambo didn't try to give them a run for their money. Cool vid though.

Did anyone catch the conversation about 50 seconds in where the Englishman states that the GT40 is being driven by the GT40 chief designer?

That's right around my gramma's house in Dearborn by the looks of it.  Fun in video games, but stoooopid in real life to being doing crap like that, especially on a highway as crappy as the I-94.  There are some pretty rough stretches of road from what I remember in that area, but it's been a few years since I've been there.
