http://www.autoblog.com/2006/08/03/cougar-ace-salvage-operation-turns-deadly/

The initial survey was successful. The team looked at the number one and nine decks. The team determined that the cargo on the number one deck, the highest deck, remains in place. Cargo on the ninth deck has also remained in place. The engine room is intact and there is no sign of water. There are a total of fourteen car cargo decks on the Cougar Ace.

The compound for Japanese/Korean cars arriving in Vancouver looked almost empty last night, except for a few 07 Aveo sedans.

I believe the crew was listening to Johnny Horton's North To Alaska and got off track.

Glad I bought an '06, don't like the cloth in the '07, don't like the rims or the front end.

They use the great circle route, it is the shortest between Japan and Vancouver although it looks weird on a flat map.  But look at a globe and see what I mean.

Thanks for the explanation, one less "wonder why".

Overall, sharp, but I'm not sure how I feel about the new front end yet and I really don't like the new rims.

I agree for now, tastes are alway changing.  I going that very dealer tomorrow to try and make a deal on 06'.  I was snooping around to see what they had on the lot and was surprised to see some 07's.
