2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette Paint Problem

Anyone have paint blisters on their hood?  I also have some rust spots starting on a couple other spots.

Hi Philgwt and Welcome to the Forum. Sounds like something has either been spilled on the hood or someone has applied some chemical to it possibly. When was the last time this vehicle was waxed? Do you park it under a treed area very often as well?  :)
