I know all about lowering... had a modded 93 Civic and 99 Prelude... both lowered 2+ inches.  And yeah, w/ any spring, it takes a while to settle back after the car has been jacked up.

But his looks good the way it is... no need to lower it.  What size are the tires on the 18's?

Seems to be particularily pronounced on this car.

Chinese directional 225/40s.
