I lost 100 horsepower
« on: May 23, 2006, 12:06:45 pm »
By my own doing of course.

Got tired of premium fuel rates, inner-city driving with a big car, struggling to reach my daughter in the back seat, and fell in love with economy. I'm officially old and conservative.

The Altima is gone. I don't know what it was, but it was love at first sight with a curvy girl named civic. Simple pleasures in a convoluted world.

Good looking car, Slove! Nice reflection of you on the front bumper.  :)

Aren't you a friend/co-league of Giant Dwarf Jeff1? And kicked his butt at Go-Cart once upon a time? Witness by a Dripping Dip(ping) Snowman?  :)

Cheer up, you'll have a mid-life soon and then you can switch to Mazda! ;D
Congrats.

Do you realize that in about 40 years, we'll have thousands of old ladies running around with tattoos?

That be me. I used to work with Jeff when he was getting Bimmers stuck in the snow. Good times those were, up at the cart track. Got to get out to the track again soon.

Very nice, you won't miss the 100hp in the city. Behind your reflection, your neighbor's cars?

Geez, Initial D, I could hire you to write a biography for me!   :foil:

Slove, glad you're still alive out there somewhere!  Nice shiny, new ride!

Thanks guys...time isn't what it used to be. Way too much on the go. It's still entertaining to hear from the regulars though.

Snowy, you know I've got to pimp out the family civic with some mugen parts. My digital speedo will be displaying Pacman eating Rut ro. :)

I think regardless of my efforts, the end results will always be a bit short.  ;D

Do recall Slove talk about employee discount with Nissan because of the Ad Account. :)

Somethings just got stuck in the head sometimes.  :-\ I thought your story about shattering an old lady's door panel on her Saturn was very funny, .... and I still do have a Betamax VCR in the basement ... and your mother-in-law's claim on the new Mazda6 being better than the Milennia was just full of it (I just said 'like she knows cars', rather than do a poinless reply) ... I used to be able to remember 300+ passwords for users, but not nowadays.

Still waiting for Ovr50 to post a thing about his vacation, then bring up his unfortunate events with Enterprise Wreck-a-car.   :)

 ??? ??? ???

Glad to help if I know what you are needing? What vacation? Or did you just need a repeat of the Enterprise saga?

Confused here (not hard to do, admittedly).  ;)
