I agree with Inco on this as turning to the max will cause a lot of pressure to be put on the Power steering pump which can cause this problem to some degree. Most vehicles will react this way. If it stalls at other times other then this then i would have the low idle adjusted slightly higher. 
I would be surprised if the idle can be adjusted on a 2004 engine.
accr, how many Kms on your car? There are several possible root causes for your concern which would likely not set a code in the engine computer. The IAC (idle air control which is a bypass air valve -I'm assuming Chrylser still use them in 2004-) could be at fault since if defective, the engine will not be able to react to a load increase at idle which happens in all the scenarios you are describing. A lean condition could also be the issue (low fuel pressure, dirty injectors, vacuum leak). Just my 2 cents...
