Glad you got into a car you and your family can enjoy.  Wishing your wife all the best in her battle.

That's what it feels like Safrista.

I didn't waste too much time in deciding to act as low kilometre models were getting scarce in the exact model we wanted and prices didn't seem to drop too much for higher kms and older models. I preferred the longer warranty up front,  although in this brand it may not matter.

Maybe I have wasted some money though, acting quickly, not going privately but I don't believe it would  have been that substantial a saving considering time, effort and circumstance.

I was reluctant a bit because on CARFax  I found it was originally registered as "commercial" in Quebec April last year. Moved to Ontario late November. I don't think it's moved much of the winter. you may know more but I'm hoping "commercial" fleets means reasonably maintained...it drives great and is spotless.

I'm sticking with Hondasalesguy interpretation, believeing I did not do too badly on the hit of under $3000.

What price peace and happiness? My wife sincerley tried the manual with lessons etc. etc. but she did not feel comfortable in the faster, heavier traffic. So she will be on the road now. She is a good driver.
All iin all, considering f I had to look back from the future and saw she didn't get this chance to be abit more independant, getting around more with our daughter more etc. etc. the loss in money now is meaningless in comparison.

Thanks again guys for the support.

My belief is money is just a piece of paper.

My belief is money is just a piece of paper.

Unfortunately, people need 'paper' to live.

You sure do.  You need money to live, but you don't need a lot of money to live though.

If I keep making deals like this one, MDX, I guess I'll soon find that out.  :)
Life is underrated , no doubt.
