I believe there was a metallic midnight blue colour with the punkin' seats at the Toronto show last year that Snowman and I sat in for a while.  Simply stunning.

The V70 R is the automotive equivilent to a MILF.  :)

ktm565, I came acorss another bit of info on the Four C upgrades -One change made from 05 to 06 is a new feature with the 4C chassis and DSTC integration. (Dynamic Stability Traction Control)
Given a situation in which DSTC is on, and 4C setting is "Comfort." If DSTC detects that the vehicle is losing control, the vehicle will automatically switch from "Comfort" to "Advanced" without any driver input.

In other words, if you screw up in either Comfort or Sport, the vehicle will switch to Advanced in a further effort to help regain control.

Nope. Exploring the deals on the oversea delivery program. I think the order date for the 06's are fast approaching. I may have to go for the 2007.

Just off the phone with my contact in Netherlands, (his nickname is Mr.Volvo), he said last he heard Volvo will run the My2007 R models.
But he said "no confirmation" .

What else would satisfy the same niche market, e.g. wagon, 4WD, FAST!

Canada got sedans, the US got sedans and Avants I believe.

The new one is aways away tho, right? The S6 just debuted, so the RS6 has to be more than a few months away, right?

EDIT: No, I think the US just got S6 Avants, not RS6 Avants.  :-\

MY2004 RS6 was offered here at MSRP $109,000.00CAD ;D

Closest competitor to the V70R ($ 62,495)  would be tha Audi S4 Avant ($ 70,400) or the 530xi ($ 72,400).
But the V70 has these 2 beat big time as far as cargo space, big time quicker then the 530xi,  and about 0.4 seconds slower
then the S4  0-100km/h.

Beautiful choice.  I like the Titanium Grey, but a super hot wagon.  Wish I could afford one.  Wife wanted the V40 over a 98 V70R I was eyeing.
