Hello,does anyone know much about the 06 Ford Escape XLT as far as reliability,warranty issues and recalls go?
I am looking for one for my girlfriend perhaps and she is concerned about how the roof will hold up in a possible roll over accident scenario?I remember reading an article about Ford and they were being critisized for not making the "Explorer" stronger in the roof making it harmful to passengers upon a roll over.
What about resale value for the Escape?Probably not to bad at this point.Fuel mileage with the V6?
It seems in general Escape drivers are pretty happy with their purchase!
