Wheels for the Fit
« on: April 04, 2006, 09:56:30 pm »
Mort, do you have any idea when you'll be getting wheels to fit the Fit.
A relative just bought an(LX), and I may be buying one soon.  Both of us will want after market wheels and tires.  Light 15" rims with 195/50 tires would be nice.
Thanks
Ron

Not as of yet, but guessing it may be a 4x100 bolt pattern, which has been common for Honda's smaller cars. I will try to get more concrete information.

Saw the Fit at the dealer and it looks like 4 x 100mm.  I think the Sport comes with 195/55/15 which as become a common size.  You probably could use 205/50/15 as a performance tire option.

Lots of good tire choices in both sizes.  I test drove a Fit last night, and yes, the wheels look like 4 x 100.  Hopefully, it's a common offset.

We saw one at the Auto show and it is definitely 4x100. Looks like a high offset, which is typical for Hondas and will have a lot of options for wheels. Narrow down the style you want and we can go from  there...
