sitting in a showroom for 2 years is a valid concern... but he's cleared it up when he said the owner of the place drove it regularily.

Not too many heads TO turn in NB, are there?  It won't be long before you've turned them all.  Let me know if any logging truck drivers give you the thumbs up.   ;D

I think the premium pack would have been about 5K which would have included the harmon kardon and leather and maybe the rain sensor and split folding rear seat.

Anyway Croat I was not joking about the coolant change and brake fluid changes    You might just want to do the gearbox and diff soonish, filling them with RedLine...do them before 100,000km and then they'll be done until 200,000

It's not very practical to have "luxury" brands in NB since you have zero service (warranty ... etc.) ... unless you're willing to drive 5-6 hours east (Halifax NS) or west (Quebec QC).  There are Bimmers (3,7), one Ferrari  :rofl2:, MB (C,E) and Porsches driving around in NB ... you just have to keep it mind that the dealership is bit far when you buy them.

We have the usual GM/Chevy (apart and joined), Ford, DC, Hyundai, Subaru, Honda Toyota, VW pretty much everywhere but when it comes to more "expensive" brands ... an Acura in Moncton and MB in St-John.

You also have to keep in mind that it can be very expensive to insure any vehicle over there.

G0dspd, you forgot Audi dealership in Moncton. But, yes, you are right. If you need to take BMW for factory warranty work, gotta drive 4.5 hours to Halifax. Now, what you gonna do if it breaks down? Hope that warrany will cover transporting your car over.
My car comes with 2 year aftermarket warrany and I can take it to any shop I want.

On other hand, here in Saint Joh there is a MB dealer (just as you said). I still don't see to many MB's around.

Yup, there is Ferrari 360 Spider in Fredericton. Owner of Wendy's/Tim Horton's franchise owns it.

Again, on insurance question. Mine hardly went up, considering I went from 4 cylinder to 6 and on top of that going from VW to BMW. Unless they put those in same group (german imports)

As we said, there are only few upper luxury dealers here: MB, Acura and Audi. I am surprised that we even have MB dealership here.

Yup, there is Ferrari 360 Spider in Fredericton. Owner of Wendy's/Tim Horton's franchise owns it.

I know someone who had his Saturn towed from Caraquet to Moncton (around 300 km) because it wouldn't start and Saturn took care of it.  Somebody else got a BMW towed from Caraquet to Halifax (550 km) and BMW only paid for the first 100 km ...hehe.

There's another Ferrari up in Bathurst ... a F355 coupe I think.  The guy takes it out like once a month for 30 minutes.

Good deal on the after market warranty
