I am sure its a nice Toy but the steering wheel is on the wrong side. Looks like the Pontiac GTO they build at Holden as well. Going to take many years for someone to recoup the money paid for this rare Beast, If ever they can recoup the money.   :)

That certainly qualifies as the most expensive Catera ever made. Cadillac should have been so lucky - now maybe had they made it a Pontiac or Buick.....

It's not the Catera, but the Aussie's version of the US' Pontiac GTO. Good Goat indeed!

It's not the Catera, but the Aussie's version of the US' Pontiac GTO. Good Goat indeed!

If you want to get technical, the GTO is the U.S. version of the Monaro, as the Aussie version was around first.  ;)

And to be perfectly technical the car started it's life as an Opel. GM modified it to be a Catera in NA and Holden made it into the now 'GTO' Monaro. Forget the German name for the car but I'm sure others know.
