ZZ-4 Installation
« on: February 11, 2006, 07:58:54 pm »
Does anyone have the GM pdf file for the installation of the ZZ-4, 350 engine made by GM.  I have one in a 45 ford P/u and have lost my manual.  Also, I need information on the fuel injection system that I put on it.  Yeah, I know!  The older we get and the longer it takes to build one of these things, the more we lose.

Odie Welcome to the Forum, I doubt anyone will have that spec handy as the majority of folks don't build except me and a small few others. The Mounting specs should be the same as any normal small block designed engine. Usually you have front mounts made up to handle the load on the front end and the tailstock crossmember is either moved, replaced and or redrilled for the rear mount. You can probably order the service book on the fuel injection thru a dealership as well. Sometimes owning one is worth the trouble of getting it to begin with and the expence as well.  Sounds like a nice toy when you are done. I have a Show GM p/u myself with a healthy small block in it.  :)
