Did anybody get refferal fee from dealer? What is usuall amount and how quick they pay it?
Should I claim it as income (and pay taxes on it)?

We pay $100 for a referral fee. And no, I wouldn't expect anyone claims it as income. The dealership has no information except who to make the cheque out to.
