If you happen to know someone who wants the car, get them to pay you guys, register the car in their name as if they won it. But that works best if you know the peole, otherwise you're likely to get scammed.
One of the guys here won a Jag in a Rotary Club ticket sale about 10 yrs ago. As soon as his name was drawn, he was approached by one of the club members, who wanted the car. The club member had the car registered in his name, and paid the ticket holder the cash equivalent. But there was one stipulation: the guy who had the winning ticket insisted he wanted to drive the car around for an hour, as he'd never driven a Jag. In a smaller place, you can do things like this because people tend to know each other, or have common acquantances, and personal reputations still mean a lot.
