The 'ol tin can Corolla (1985 Corolla GT-S)
« on: January 07, 2006, 03:05:28 pm »
Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum so I thought I'd make my introductory post by showing off my silly old car which has taken me many places and cost me a whole lot of money ;)

From my recent road trip...

http://www.dreamsofdrifting.com/pic/

Edit: Just click on the link...I can't remember the actual file name and I'm not allowed to view any pictures from my site at my work  ::)

Looking forward to being part of this community!

Ahhh  the famous akira drifter car.  Looks like you've put a lot of work into it!

Hey, is that a 400H sneaking it's way into that pic?

I love those! Lovely engine (inspired by the old Ford BDA) - I was going to use to build my Seven but the drifters (and wannabees) have driven prices up too much.

Great car, Migs!

BTW, is your user name inspired by the fearsome Soviet combat aircraft?

Migs - come back. Where are you?  How the heck did they let you park like that? Nice looking car though and you should keep it.

Just you wait 20 years.  One of these puppies will go for $500 000 on Barrett Jackson.
