Depends on when you want to get your car.Go get the invoice price. Then add invoice freight and go there at the end of December, after Christmas with this offer. If they laugh at you, just say you'll be back in a month. If they still offer you nothing else, come at the end of January and try again. You should get a break.Try that at two-three dealerships if you can. You have nothing to lose, and don't feel embarrassed. There are many circumstances that affect manager’s decision.
the $500 comes from Honda Canada and does not affect the dealer's profit. However there has been talk of Honda dioscontinuing the Grad rebate on Civics due to high demand. Check before you assume the rebate will apply.
Hi. I am a first time car buyer. I test drove the 2006 honda civic DX-G sedan and really like the car. I was wondering if it is worth it to pay for the Dealer invoice price like on car cost canada, in order to help negotiate the price. I guess my question is what is the best way to knock some cash off the price tag?cheers
