Yet another gas price thread...good news.
« on: November 27, 2005, 10:17:30 pm »
It was all the rage, so to speak, to b*tch about gas prices when they were on the way up, but now that they're on the way down...nuthin'.  So just to be contrary, here goes.  It hasn't been this low for a while;  it was 74.4 for regular today, 82.4 for premium for the GTI.   ;D

Yep, DSW, no one wants to talk about it now that it has come down and is reasonable (ie. boring) again. I hope ppl realize the lower prices will not last indefinitely.

Regular is 95.9 here but we are always higher than many other places in the country, partly due to tax.

If there is is a federal election in January (and all indications are it's coming) watch for energy prices to keep falling. Energy companies wouldn't want to raise them for fear of it becoming an election issue. The last time we had high energy prices during an election, all the parties where talking about "energy programs".

88.4 to 92.9 depending on district.  Niiiiice, very niiiiice.  :)

I know it won't last, might not even last through the summer and the start of the next hurricane season.  I will take what I can get, though.  ;D
