Hercules Tires for winter

I got a price for some Hercules winter tires 225/45/17  for $117 installed.

Could not find the size on the web site but the dealer said they were new. Steelcase carries them.
I have emailed thr company for more information.
The price is really good for that size
Any idea how good these tires are?
They only have dealers from Ontario to the east coast

Talking to a dealer he said these tires are low cost for a reason
